Dr. Hariprasad M.G.

Dr. Hariprasad M.G. is a plasma physicist and deep-tech industrialist with experience in translating fundamental physics into advanced industrial technology. He completed his PhD at the Institute for Plasma Research, Gandhinagar, India, where he worked on fundamental complex-plasma experiments and microwave-plasma applications. He later joined ASML in the Netherlands, working on EUV lithography tools with a focus on EUV plasma-related topics at the interface of physics, engineering, and high-tech industry.

His work strongly focuses on application-driven research, along with industry–academia collaboration, supplier and customer engagement, and broader industrial partnerships. His technical interests include plasma technologies in semiconductor lithography and materials science.

In parallel, through his personal projects, he explores plasma applications in high-tech agriculture, focusing on how plasma-based technologies can be translated into practical agricultural solutions.

Through Beyond Fiction, he aims to bring scientific depth, industrial perspective, and interdisciplinary thinking closer to students at an early stage.
